Pickup days vary depending on your location. Residential customers in Webster City and surrounding areas have assigned pickup days.

If you’re unsure of your scheduled collection day, give us a call or check your service area��s route schedule.

Triangle IconWhat Hours Are Available for Garbage & Recycling Collection?

We are available to schedule curbside waste collection any time between Monday and Friday from 6:30 am to 4:30 pm. We are not available for collection or drop-off on weekends or select holidays.

You can always drop recyclable materials off at our Recycling Center any time from Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm.

To ensure pickup, please place your trash and recycling at the curb by 6:00 am on your scheduled collection day.

Routes can change due to weather, holidays, or other factors, so having your bins ready early guarantees service.

We accept common recyclables, including:

  • Plastic bottles & containers (labeled #1 or #2)
  • Paper, newspapers & magazines
  • Cardboard & paperboard (flattened boxes)
  • Aluminum & steel cans
  • Glass bottles & jars

Please do not place plastic bags, Styrofoam, food-contaminated items, or hazardous waste in your recycling bin. When in doubt, check your local recycling guidelines!

Yes, recycling carts will be serviced on the same day as your scheduled garbage collection.

For residential customers, we provide sturdy, wheeled bins for both trash and recycling. If you need an additional bin or a replacement, contact our office.

Residential and commercial customers can also choose from a variety of dumpster sizes to meet their needs.

Triangle IconWhat Happens If Trash or Recycling Wasn’t Picked Up?

If your trash wasn’t collected, check to ensure:

  • It was placed at the curb by 6:00 am
  • It’s not blocked by vehicles or objects
  • The bin isn’t overloaded (lids must fully close)
  • It contains only acceptable materials

If none of these apply, call us at 515-832-5516, and we’ll help resolve the issue as soon as possible!

Yes! We provide bulk waste pickup for large items like furniture, mattresses, and appliances. These require advance scheduling and may have an additional fee. Contact us to arrange a pickup.

We offer a variety of dumpster and roll-off container sizes for home cleanouts, construction projects, and commercial waste disposal.

Sizes include:

  • 2-yard, 4-yard, 6-yard, and 8-yard dumpsters for regular commercial service
  • 10-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard, and 40-yard roll-off containers for temporary rental

We observe major holidays, which may impact your pickup schedule. If your collection day falls on a holiday, service will typically be delayed by one day.
